I'd like to recommend my Realtor, Colin Moody, Agent with Fonville Morisey Realty. He now works out of their Chapel Hill office and typically covers Orange, Durham, and Wake Counties, but don't let those boundaries keep you from calling him. Even if you are in Johnston or surrounding counties, he is willing to help you. I have been nothing less than impressed with Colin's professionalism and personality. He has been very patient with me and my wife with our demands and he is a real buyer's agent. He has taken every issue that we have brought up to the seller and followed up until resolution. He has been very tolerant of our evening calls to discuss our deal. He is also very helpful in finding his clients the right house and not showing you something that does not meet your criteria or just because it is there. He really has listened to us and I truly have not had a better experience in buying a home. He makes all good recommendations for financing sources or whatever you may need to make sure that you cover all of the bases in your deal.
