A dip in home construction was reported by Toll Brothers, the prevailing company in luxury homebuilders. The price of shares dropped to $1.07 per share from $1.27. Investment buyers, who are now sellers, as well as homebuilders who have overbuilt are the source of this drop, according to top executives.
